1. Service Description

This service is provided by Reservas Online LTDA, operating under the trade name Zek Galarza. We offer a fully managed version of the Chatwoot platform, a customer messaging solution. Our service includes hosting, setup, technical maintenance, updates, monitoring, and limited support. You, as the client, are granted access to a dedicated workspace on our hosted infrastructure to manage conversations with your customers.

2. Use of Open Source Software

This service uses the Chatwoot software, which is licensed under the MIT License. Chatwoot is an open-source project developed and maintained by Chatwoot Inc..

We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Chatwoot Inc.

We respect the terms of the MIT license and acknowledge the copyright of Chatwoot Inc.

We process and store your data in accordance with industry standards. We do not access your messages unless required for support purposes and only with your consent. You are the legal owner and controller of your customer data.

6. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of:

• Breach of these terms

• Non-payment (if applicable)

• Abuse or misuse of the system

• Legal obligation or request by competent authority

You may request cancellation at any time, with 7 days’ prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide this service as a managed infrastructure using open-source software and strive to maintain high uptime and reliability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Reservas Online LTDA and its agents shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute shall be resolved in the court of competent jurisdiction located in Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil.
